The spiritual battle that surrounds us is real. The Bible explains that evil spirits/fallen angels exist and are determined to turn us away from God, corrupt our lives, and intervene persistently to disrupt our faith.
Are you armed? What tools do you have to stand against Satan, the liar and deceiver? Learners will examine and claim these tools that are part of the full armor of God, found in Ephesians 6:11. The author of our required reading says “Being clothed in God’s armor keeps the battle where it belongs…in the hands of our powerful God.”
Be prepared to stand against demons of darkness, the corruption of His most Holy, and the forces that are lurking to trap you. You can stand against the devil’s schemes.

About the Instructor
Donna Li Puma’s active career has combined her personal faith journey with employment paths that give her insight into the topic of spiritual warfare. In addition to 23 years in the United States Army as an infantry training officer, she has been a firearms instructor and detective in the Miami/Dade (Florida) Police Department, and a certified K-12 teacher for the Miami/Dade school district. She also is a second-generation church planter who preaches and teaches at Mt. Zion UMC and Finchers Chapel in North Carolina, as well as directing adult and children’s choirs. Her classes have focused on spiritual warfare, sex addiction, and many Bible studies. She is founder of Joyful Ministries, Helping Hands Ministries, and Ministry in Motion.
