Lay Servant Ministries (LSM)

Covering a wide variety of topics, these courses are vital in seeking or renewing lay leadership credentials in the United Methodist Church. While these courses follow guidelines for LSM credentialing, their subjects and gained knowledge are valuable regardless of denominational affiliation and all interested persons are welcome to enroll.

Every BeADisciple course offers Continuing Education Units (CEUs) upon successful course completion.

What are CEUs, and why might you need them?  Some professions — like pastors, chaplains, and people who work in churches or other religious fields — require or encourage them. If you need them, you’ll know. If you don’t — don’t worry!  You’ll still be getting high-quality instruction that will enrich your faith life and ministry.
