This course is for busy Christians who want to stay spiritually and scripturally centered during the long season of Pentecost. This microcourse provides an opportunity to focus on your ministries, even if your calendar is crowded, while digging into the ministries of Deborah and similar biblical characters, and without the stress of a longer course commitment.
To earn .5 CEUs and a completion certificate, four daily Blackboard forums will be required along with one Zoom meeting, held on Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. Eastern time. The meeting will not be recorded. Learners not interested in the CEU and certificate are welcome to participate in just the Zoom session.

About the Instructor
In addition to having decades of experience as a woman in lay and clergy ministry, Rev. Beth Perry took her first college course on women in religion more than 35 years ago and taught her most recent college course on women in the Bible in 2019. She created and is the lead instructor for the Women’s Ministries IFD Certification program, which began in 2020.
