The enneagram can give us insight into ourselves and others, allowing us to act with grace and compassion. This course is for anyone who wants to learn how the enneagram can make their church healthier, encourage a more welcoming culture, aid hospitality efforts, and support volunteers.
The course will include a brief introduction to the enneagram and the nine personality types it describes. We will explore what stresses each type, what makes each type feel seen and loved, and what gifts each type brings to their communities. Learners will receive strategies for working with each of the nine types and have a chance to create an action plan for a specific change they’d like to make.
Learners do not need to know their enneagram type before the course begins.
In addition to Blackboard interactions, 1 optional Zoom Meeting will be held on Friday, October 24 at 3pm Central Time. The meeting will be recorded.
This course is eligible for 1.0 CEU.
