This course will use the enneagram to examine patterns of interpersonal behavior in our churches and help us find effective, grace-filled ways to address them. Church leaders will learn to identify their own communication and conflict styles, see the impact those styles have on others, and expand their skills in these areas. This class builds on the concepts of “Using the Enneagram to Create Healthy Church Cultures.” Participants should come with a specific problem to discuss and work on during the class. People who have not taken “Healthy Church Cultures” but are familiar with the enneagram and know their type are asked to contact the instructor before registering at babeaty@gmail.com.
In addition to Blackboard interactions, 1 optional Zoom meeting will be held on Friday, February 28 at 3 pm Central time. The meeting will be recorded.
This course is eligible for 1.0 CEU.
