As a clergy member or laity in a leadership position, you know we are to be the church not just in the building, but also in our homes and in our communities. This course will help you develop guidelines that cover administration and finances, as well as procedural guidelines such as booklets to be used in funeral and wedding planning. We’ll emphasize time management and other aids to productivity, always basing the learning on the foundation of God’s Word. You will leave with a toolbox of resources adaptable for various situations, and will collaborate with clergy and lay colleagues in exploring how to these resources can optimize your time and energy.
Resources will be provided through the course that Harriet Wilkin has developed and written.
